Legal grounds and collection method

Identity, contact and request data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest. Health data you share is processed under KVKK Art. 6/3 for planning medical diagnosis and treatment, by persons bound by professional confidentiality, or with your explicit consent.
Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with our website hosting and e-mail service providers and with authorised public authorities, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never transferred to third parties for marketing.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set by applicable legislation, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, request that these actions are notified to the third parties, object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
